In all the travel there is lot of thing I want to do. At the end of the travel there are too often things I did not. The dragon fruit is one of the thing I want to taste. It is absurd to pay it then I will have cheap price in Singapore but it is something I really want to eat before leaving. I eat with in last evening with Mademoiselle Ling. There are always too many things I never done. I prefer to eat this fruit tonight than never.

One thing I like with different Asiatic culture they absorb some external things from their civilisation and they recreate it but they add something from their civilisation. It is my last day before Pessach and I won't eat floor during week. That's why I enjoy my last hammetz in Australia with these Asiatics Bakery. It is sweet the red paste is made from red bean. It is one of the thing I love the mix between something from outside Asia such this type of bake and the paste. If the kiwis or ozi Bakery was unpleasant, I adopt these type of asia Bakery.

The city market is one of my favorite place in Adelaide. The food court is great and I like to walk between the stand.There are three stands to buy quality cheese. They offer french cheese. Friday evening is most important day for them because it is open until 9 pm. That 's why one store offer a free cheese sample. It is a good french cheese But unfortunately the casual lad eat cheese with a biscuit like a cracker and honey. It result in my sophisticated mouth something good.. not. (waynesworld grammar copyright).

At the beginning in New Zealand I heard L&P (lemon and paroa) was the national drink. But the true is The national drink in New Zealand are the different beer. Steinlagher, Tui, Red Lion etc... I prefered these kiwis beer than casual European beer. Even if I am French I do not drink every day all time. So time to time I used some others drinks. L&P is not the national drink in aoeteroa just the National Soda. It is very tasted soda. Even in French I can not really describe so in english what is PAROA.
In Australia Beer as well is the national drink. The national soda is Solo.
The taste is much more easier to explain. It is like a lemon sirup with carbonated water. It is good but I just drink once in all my travel. The main reason for my behavior to not take Soda water seem best cure, if I am thirsty.

I enjoy to finish my work last saturday. I am very happy and I am quiet busy actualy. I will leave ADELAIDE this thursday by plane toward MELBOURNE. I hesitated a lot between the ex capital and PERTH. Sunday evening I watched a documentary about immigration policy in AUSTRALIA at the beginnning of the 20th century. This report show the magnificent architecture of MELBOURNE and I decided to go there although the life look more complicated than PERTH.
Here are some typical japonesse cherry. There are not red like I have seen in EUROPE or last year in ALEXANDRA. The taste is less pronounced than I know.
I will try to publish several article soon. Number of flight QF 682 so I will drink ozi wine.
